Everyone has their own style when it comes to how they go about solving some of the most fundamental problems faced when running a company. In the coming weeks, we'd love to share with you a little bit about our strategy, specifically on how we approach the largest, most daunting task of all - how do we find you!
Well, as many of you already know, we value our audience as people from the start. We refuse to treat you as if you are being herded through a digital marketplace to slaughter. Instead, we want you to feel like your time spent with us was worth it to you.
The cornerstone of our strategy hinges on this simple truth: treat everybody not only like a person, but like a unique person. No stock, automated messages; no canned responses (except perhaps those that say we'll get back to you because we're sleeping!)
Instead, you'll find us all over our various social media accounts having one on one, real conversations with people. If you send us an email, you'll get a response written by a human being. Not only a response that's courteous, respectful, and professional, but also one that speaks to you as a person.
We truly hope that you are able to recognize this style in our interactions with you. If not, let us know! We can't make it right if we don't know when and where it went wrong!
